Nest Hunt continues
It's been a turbulent start for the Seagulls since coming inland. From the serenity and beauty of Tynemouth in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, adaptation to the hustle and bustle of the big smoke has proved tiresome. This has not been helped by the trouble with regards to securing a new nest. Sunbury Avenue of Jesmond had welcomed the young birds with open arms, but every time the youthful scallys have tried to secure a new cove to rest their weary heads in London they have been ousted by noisier, more street wise creatures. The hunt continues however, so fingers/feathers crossed, it shouldn't be too long until Lady Luck hands them a break, and their tuneful squawks maraud the land once more.
